My names Zach Keene. I was always a chubby kid and all I ever wanted was to see my abs. I started to get into the gym and never looked back. I got into bodybuilding very heavily and one new years actually went thru with it and lost my first 42lbs. Since then I have gone from fat to fit 7x and lost over 225lbs combined between them all. I know how it feels to not like the way you look, it’s the worse feeling. I’m here to help you finally get rid of that feeling once and for all.
